Terms and Conditions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We only accept these cards from U.S. banks. We have a secure server and can accept your information securely during checkout.

We accept Money Orders or Certified Bank Checks. These forms of payment slow down the order process.

All new equipment is sold FOB manufacturersââ,¬â"¢ dock at their facilities location.

Estimated Shipping Date
All items stocked in our warehouse will ship within 2 days.  All other items shipped from manufacturer locations will ship within 2 weeks.

Packing Shipping & Oklahoma Sales Tax
We will help arrange shipping crating and packaging. These functions are usually performed by other businesses, their primary function in performing these tasks. However, we neither accept any responsibility for the performance nor accept any responsibility for the merchandise being damaged after it leaves our warehouse or our suppliersââ,¬â"¢ warehouse. If the product does get damaged in route to you, we will aid you with handling the damage claim with the shipper, however you will be responsible for filing a damage claim with the freight line.

Inspection for concealed damage will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Any and all damaged equipment must be documented with the freight driver before the driver departs your location. Any damage must be reported immediately.

Shipping only delivers the item to the curbside, it does not include installation services for larger equipment nor delivery within your facility. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of the 50 United States or to PO, APO/EPO boxes.

If our shipping carrier determines that your address is inaccessible for delivery we will make final delivery at the nearest shipping terminal if you are concerned about delivery to your address please contact us prior to placing your order.

If the item is shipped within Oklahoma or you pick it up at our warehouse in Oklahoma sales tax of 8.375% will be charged. Most items are available for pick up at our warehouse. By picking up at our warehouse, you can save the packing charge if you do not need that service, as mentioned above. Oklahoma sales tax of 8.375% will apply.

Conditions of Merchandise
There are no warranties of either merchantability or fitness for particular use. We try to present the item as accurately as possible. The presentation is based on the information available to us and to our knowledge. We do not guarantee this informationââ,¬â"¢s accuracy.

Customer Service
All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or cancellations. If Quality Food Equipment agrees to make a special exception you must contact us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise to allow a return, allow a cancellation or approve a refund. Quality Food Equipment reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% of the order total.  You will be responsible for round trip freight expenses.
